Role Description
- Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or a related field, including experience working with international clients
- MS Office proficiency – basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience using project management tools, such as Jira, Asana or Trello
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good English level - C1
Requirements
- Day-to-day execution of assigned part of the localization projects
- Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files
- Fill out time management tools correctly and on time
- Communication of processes to team other team members and the client
- Delegating tasks effectively to team assistans and freelancers
- Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed
- Identify task-related problems and propose solutions for improvement
- Creating collaborative and knowledge sharing environment
- Constant learning and skills improvement
